Over-the-counter
Strips and gels near Conestoga College or along Fischer-Hallman Road use the same agents at a much lower concentration — safer unsupervised, but slower and less dramatic. Whitening toothpaste only scrubs surface stains with abrasives; it doesn’t truly lighten your teeth.
Custom take-home trays last for years. When you want a touch-up you simply order more gel — no new trays needed.
What Happens During In-Office Whitening
The in-office visit takes about an hour, and most people see their teeth lighten right away.

- Protect gums & lips

- Apply the gel
